Mascaras are a real game changer makeup product, in my opinion. Even if you are not wearing too much makeup on the eyes, just a curl of your eyelashes followed by a couple coats of your favorite mascara can make SUCH a difference! Mascaras make you look fresh and awake.
I tend to prefer the cheaper "drugstore" mascaras because you have to replace your mascara tube every 3 months or so and I don't see the point in shelling out a lot of money every couple of months on a mascara.
Maybelline mascaras just fit the bill for me. The Colossal Mascara and the Falsies Big Eyes Mascara are my favorites. Black, smudge proof and waterproof, these mascaras hold the curl of my eyelashes very well, along with lengthening and voluminizing the lashes. And they are not expensive either!
These two mascaras have been on constant rotation and you'll always find at least one of them in my makeup bag at any given point of time.
