Here's a little tip that has been working wonderfully for me. If you are finding your foundation to be too thick and difficult to blend, spritz your makeup brush with some rose water. The rose water sheers out the foundation and helps it blend flawlessly into the skin, without looking cakey.
I prefer to use rose water over regular tap water because it is refreshing and hydrating for my skin. It gives a really flawless, radiant looking finish to the foundation.
Use rose water instead of your expensive face mists like Mac Fix Plus. Plain rose water is inexpensive and free from harmful additives. You'll get the same results for a fraction of the price!
